Billy has been in the staffing industry for 20+ years. He started as an IT Recruiter and opened Employment Solutions in January 2000. He manages every aspect of the business daily including the challenge of staying up to date in this changing electronics world.
Terri Mountjoy – Owner/Administrative
Terri has been active in the staffing industry for 20+ years. She has been the owner of Employment Solutions since 2000. She has experience in recruiting in both clerical and industrial departments, payroll and billing and fills in wherever there is a need.
Pam Wilson – Medical Recruiter
Pam has 30+ years experience in staffing the medical field. Pam’s has been with Employment Solutions since 2011. She works with clinics, laboratories and hospitals placing Nurses, Phlebotomists, Medical Technologists (ASCP), MLT, Radiology Techs, Respiratory Therapists, Clinical Dietitians, Unit Managers, Office Managers, Coders, Billing Specialists, Medical Records, Medical Secretaries and Medical Receptionists.
Angela Browning – Clerical, Insurance, Legal, Accounting, Sales Recruiter
Angela joined our team in 2018. She thoroughly interviews, screens and tests candidates for her clients. She focuses on building quality relationships with each client and applicant, striving to place the best candidates for her clients.
Carol Cross – Industrial Recruiter
Carol had 12+ years experience in staffing when joining Employment Solutions in 2018. She searches for candidates with many various skill sets for industrial clients. She also places temps on short term and long term assignments.
Linda Dicus – Admin Assistant
Linda has 35+ years’ experience in the staffing industry primarily managing, hiring staff and developing strong ties with long time clients. She presently works part time working with client companies and searching for the right candidates.

Karen is the friendly voice when you call Employment Solutions. She also processes all payroll and billing and makes sure all of our employees receive their paychecks every Friday.
Karen Casteel – Admin Assistant
Karen has 18 years’ experience in the legal field. She works part time searching for candidates and assisting the recruiters. Her legal experience and attention to detail is valuable while critiquing resumes.
Vivian Davenport – Office Manager
Vivian is the Office Manager of the Helena Office which we acquired in May 2014. Vivian started in 1991 when she worked with her daughter, Teresa, for 20 years. When Teresa moved to Florida, Vivian became the Manager. Vivian provides staff for the large companies in the area with seasonal employees.
Bea McDaniel – Assistant
Bea has been with the Helena office since July 2014. She has over 17 years HR experience, and 16 years staffing and payroll experience. Bea assists Vivian in every aspect of the business.
Samantha Geibe - Administrative Assistant
Samantha is the administrative assistant for the Russellville branch. She is dedicated and meticulous, ensuring that every detail is in place for our operations to run smoothly. In the office, Samantha can be seen managing schedules, coordinating communications, and assisting with the recruitment process. She's always ready to lend a hand, making sure both clients and candidates have everything they need for a seamless experience.
Brandie McKinney - Business Development Specialist
Brandie is the Business Development Specialist with the Russellville location. She has 20 years of customer service experience with a background in sales. Brandie strives for excellent customer service by developing and building relationships with past, present, and future clients.
