Interview Tips to Make You Shine

Interviews should be fun. Remember, the person conducting the interview is just human and they just want to make a good decision. There are some simple things that you can do that will make a lasting impression.

1. Smile! It may sound simple, but it works. I recommend that you practice smiling. When you smile it lets the other person know that you are approachable. It also says that you are easy to get along with. 
2. Be Prepared: Come with a copy of your resume. even if you know you have already given the interviewer a copy. You never know who else will show up or if their copy got lost. Have a pen and paper with questions to ask. Come up with at least three or more questions to ask to show interest in the company you could potentially work for. take notes of key points.
3. Be honest: Most people can see right through coverups. Put your best foot forward and let people know you are genuine.
