Job Detail: Client Care Coordinator

Client Care Coordinator - $14 to $18 hr. - Benton & Little Rock

Excellent data entry, typing (accuracy and speed), and computer skills
 Strong proficiency in Microsoft programs including Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
o *There is no on-the-job training for these basic programs.
 Professionalism in all communication (oral and written), customer service skills, conduct, and personal presentation
 The ability to research, collect data, and troubleshoot
 The ability to organize work projects by prioritizing tasks
 An eagerness to efficiently meet productivity goals/complete projects
 A self-starter, independent work style
 A solution-oriented approach to projects and business growth hurdles
 Strong character including integrity in work ethic, honesty, trustworthiness, and moral courage to do what is right
